Buying
Reserve a home with its minimum deposit. Deposits move to a licensed escrow partner and are refundable during the refund window.
Financing
Applications move through five stages: submitted, review, underwriting, approved, funded. Each stage is timestamped in Command.
Wallet
Add funds by ACH or card. Transfers settle through our licensed payment partner, usually within 1–3 business days.
